Brita (Schwerm) Bolane was an all star volleyball player in high school while growing up in Silicon Valley. She went on to California State University Long Beach where she helped her team win an NCAA Division I Championship, became a First Team All American and was later inducted into the CSULB Athletic Hall of Fame. Brita played professionally after college, beach volleyball on the Bud Light 4-Person Tour and indoor volleyball in Italy.
