Shaun Smith played 10 years in the NFL as a defensive lineman. After two years playing for Butler Community College in El Dorado, Kansas, Smith transferred to the University of South Carolina to play out his junior and senior years. He was signed by the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent in 2003 and went on to play with the Cincinnati Bengals, Cleveland Browns, and Kansas City Chiefs. Smith currently works with collegiate football programs recruiting high school players.
